I jusy took 2 weeks off for vaca. I hate traing light so i hope its better when i get back in on monday..gettin old is the issue i assume..52 and the tendons aint what they used to be
haha im 34 AND HAVE HAD MINE LINGERING WAY TOO LONG. i GOT IT FULLY BETTER ONCE, THEN injured it again, on an ai.
genetics play a role as always I got some thin joints and tendons and most likely they arnt able to take alot of stress than someone with bigger joints and tendons. Look at some of the top powerlifter guys that tendons are very thick, from what I imagine, otherwise they could take that kind of weight. so again what body genetics can allow. Am I right?
Ai's seem to tear up my joints, couple with intense training. Im still learning and will always, that said, ive learned after the break you must not push it too intense or the injury will come back. get treatment during this time, do your own if you must, or if you have the resources for art , deep tissue, tens unit (not too much), ultrasound, low level laser therapy, etc
any had any success with trigger point injections?
