Tennis elbow

I can't thank you enough for this tip. Bought the green one by accident but after 2 weeks of use (3x15 Tyler Twists everyday) 90% of my pain is gone after 3 months of trying everything. Your mileage may vary but worth a try for anyone with this issue.

This is just a thought but
stop doing the movements that aggravate your elbow?
Or
If thats not an option slow the movement down so there isnt as much torque on the joint
You want the muscle to be doing the work not the joint right?

I know that many people have gotten great relief from it, but it made my tennis elbow worse :eek: so I gave it to a friend at work who said it helped his elbow (so go figure).
 
I’ve been thinking about picking up some growth to see if it might help….probably overthinking shit
 
Besides rest, anyone have any solutions with managing the pain of tennis elbow? I definitely aware that heavy triceps movements have caused this after going super heavy.

I have been using Curcumin in an attempt to help with my inflammation. My right elbow has gotten better.
i had some really bad tennis elbow, i would highly like highy suggest prolotherpy dextrose injections , it is amazing for that tennis elbow.
 
Bpc157... I got a kit, used 500mcg am and pm for 6 weeks and now do a maintenance of 250mcga once daily... no more.tennis elbow.bro all gone
 
I've had tennis elbow in both elbows at different times. Both times caused by heavy thick bar reverse curls. First time, I tried damn near everything to fix it, all different supplements, peptides, exercises, voodoo floss, massage, rolling etc and the only thing which really worked (and fixed the injury within 3ish weeks after wasting 5 months trying different supps/peptides etc) was the Theraband Flexbar (buy the blue one) and doing the Tyler Twist exercise (which is basically an eccentric only reverse wrist curl). Tim Tyler, the creator of the exercise has some videos on YouTube explaining it all
The eccentric only movement definitely helped my tennis elbow!

Check your forearm, triceps/ bicep, and lat tightness. Address those issues and I bet your tennis elbows calms or goes away.

Mine has been bothering me again for about the past 6 months. I've had it MANY times over the years but I can't seem to get over it this time. I've tried many things, including no training for about 2 months. It hurts to grab anything that involves gripping anything with my last 2 fingers on my right hand, like picking up a cup from my cupholder while driving, etc. It feels like it hurts in the bone even.
 
Anyone had success treating GOLFER'S elbow with BPC?
I've been dealing with chronic golfers elbow for months. Can't do chins, deads or farmers carries.
