i just recently dropped 10 pounds to see where im at....
(i had alot of water weight)
and im pretty happy with my improvements
i hate putting a number on anything.....but my last show i was 224
judging by some recent pics and my weight now????
i would put me at arounf 240 to 245......on stage
20 pounds....cant complain

20 pounds is a serious bump up in stage weight.Thats awesome!
If you do something in november are you going to maintain current conditioning before you start to diet down for the show or let it slide a bit and go for more mass?
