test and tendons

I recently got a hammy tear and think the tendon may have been involved. I'm trying to heal it up right now. I'm on 500mg of omnandren which I've been on for the past 6 months, also I just started 400mg of deca to help heal it.
I have some questions,
1. Could that level of test be responsible for making my tendons brittle via inhibiting collagen synth and thus actually prevent the tear from healing properly?
2. Is this brittleness of the tendon reversible after I bring test down to a lower level, such as 250mg?
3. I know there's lots of crap out there like Pentosan and Adequan, do these really do anything for soft tissue? I've tried searching but get mixed answers.

Gh or igf will help healing better than deca.

I have noticed thru the 13 yrs of using test and at significate higher levels at times that it has taken a toll on my attachments. I have incurred several injuries and found that I would have to be careful at work not to get injuried. This may be due to being much older than most here and still work in the trades which is quite physical for someone my age. I now notice since I started a GH regiment my injuries such as tendinitus in my elbows are strengthening. I feel all my attachments are getting stronger. I always have to use a small amount of deca to lube my joints which help my training as well.

It doesn't take much deca for collagen synthesis. You can get away with 200mgs a week.

I'm not too sure about that.

I mean, let's remember that smaller doses of test enhance collagen, but larger doses inhibit it, so if a guy is inhibing his collagen to a subnormal level, adding 200mg deca may only bring it back up to normal rather than adding a strong surplus of collagen synthesis to promote even faster healing.

I'd rather run 250mg test E, 250mg Deca & 250mg EQ to ballance out the therapeutic effects while minimizing sides. As JM425 said, Gh is good for tendons too.
