Test base on show morning

Anybody used test base on morning of show? Was it worth it doing or nah ?

If you haven’t test-run it beforehand, personally I’d skip it on show day. Too many variables last minute.

I can only see it causing problems…. Like swelling and inflammation - which would certainly detract from condition and harm the presentation

Yep and the judges said it solely doing that alone took me from 5th place to first place

We get it. You are so deep in to the zone at this point that you are looking for desperation moves. I’ve been there.

You’ve been prepping for this show for 8, 12, 16, maybe 24+ weeks.

You really think taking a single shot of the most baseline form of testosterone the day of the show is actually going to do something to help you to a possible notable degree?

A diuretic, insulin, maybe 7 days of superdrol, halotestin or Anadrol the final week.

But not a shot of test base after you’ve eaten your pop tarts and coffee.

I would like to share this. That was 1989 the year Ronnie won the whole show,his very first contest. I got 4th in the short novice class. I oiled Ronnies back and we did towel pulls. We both were from metroplex gym in Arlington. Brian Dobson had just arrived to watch over Ronnie. I was Brians hairstylist for about two years, you from that area and around that gym you would know who i am lol. I might be off on that 1989 year, it might have been 1990 i can not quiet remember. We went and ate pizza after the show.

And one week later we did the Mr Metroplex in Arlington at the UTA college. I would also see Branch Warren almost everyday, mainly when he was training for the teen nationals. Around 1993.

Cool buddy. Not bragging just was reminiscing. At least you recognized my post. Most probably don't even believe me lol. I have mentioned here before , when Ronnie first walked into Metroplex Brian called me at my hair salon and said you have got to get down here and see this guy. I got to meet him at a young age, and to realize how far he went, i got very fortunate getting to know him.
