Thinking of doing a test cycle (S.L's Supertest 450 mg/ml) and was wondering what was a good weekly amount and for how long does one usually go for on a cycle? Also do you recomend a oral as well with this? Thanks for your help...

well, any longer than 12-15 weeks, and you really need to get ahold of some HCG, thats why I went with 12 weeks, you can still do the normal pct routine with that cycle.

Well I agree I should have entered that info! Sorry. Im 38 , 5 foot 8 184 pounds 16% body fat. I dont have any mesurments other than Bi's at 16 inch's. I have done one cycle in the last year of Dbol at 25mg ed over 10 weeks. Just finished it actually. As for training I workout good and heavy 5 days on 2 off. Diet is ok(lol) About 2500 calories and 100grams protien. As for goal sI have recovered from a seroius back injury and am wanting to regain my size and most of all my stength. But feel Due to my past injurys and my age I need the added boost of ther gear. Hope this helps in making a better cycle profile for my needs.
i would have to say by looking at the diet portion of the previous post you would be wasting your $$. it's not magic, but a tool!! if you did something different in the food catagory i would say go for it. you have got to have more protein than that to build any muscle bro!! just my .02

i know for sure that you need at least 1.5-2g of protein per lb of body weight to make sure you have enough to build good muscle. i'd eat around 6 times a day and spread that protein out evenly. for a more in-depth diet ask one of the pros or the vets. i know for the basics that you'll have to eat carbs in moderation and virtually eliminate fats, but you'll have to keep in clean ones (ex. fish oils, natty pb) and really focus on the protein.
