like MM said......make sure that you have a proper diet plan put together, reasearch this and make sure that you are going to be taking in the proper amount of protien and calories.........read excelbeyond's signature.........60% Nutrition - 25% Workout - 10% Rest - 5% Supplementation........if you don't eat and rest properly you won't grow no matter what you take.........for me it was 200 test enathenate and 50ml anadrol.........ate like there was no tomorrow......grew like a weed, but every1 is different......oh yeah, make sure that you have nolv's or some other estrogen blocker on hand in case the nips start acting up.....you want muscle, not tits!! peace and stay safe all.....ss.
