I must have missed something...What the heck happened to test dose ranges being used. For example when i started over 10 years ago 1 x mexican organon sos redject 250mg was a normal starting dose for a beginner and you could get to 200 lbs easily under 6'0 with proper nutrition. I see people posting 1000 mg weekly test doses and their avatar looks like a natural fitness type physique or someone that you wouldnt know that he works out if wearing a tshirt. 500 mg of test was what a solid over 200 lb bodybuilder would use and trust me that type of individual actually looked like a bodybuilder. Im completely confused why people think 1000 mg of test is needed so early. 1000 mg of total compounds would have been considered a heavy stack for anyone very well developed already. Is there something I missed along the way? Just a little confused after hearing a lot of guys using high dosages and the physiques their daunting. I have goals as well but I dont feel that i cant reach them on moderate dosing and great nutrition and training, I just check the supps box and focus and the other stuff. Hope this isn't a super repeated topic, apologize if it is guys.
