Test E Cycle Issues

This is my 10th week of 500mg/w of Test E. I am dissapointed and confused as to why I haven't seen the crazy gains other have had with 20-30lbs increases by this point. I have decided to stretch it to 12 weeks in case I respond late as I have seen some people gain a lot in the last weeks of the cycle.

I am not sure if the Test I used was fake or underdosed. Most like underdosed (Galenika btw). Here is what I have seen:

-~10lbs increase in 10 weeks (so 1lbs a week is still above normal standards but not as good as other)
-Not much fat gain
-Clear strength gains in the gym in all lifts (both weight and reps)
-I did have 'test flu' for 3-4 days in the 2nd week
-My libido did go up definitely
-I did get back acne and oily skin (especially on the scalp)

I am thinking about getting a simple blood test to check for free test and total test this weekend just so I will know for sure if it is the Test E or something I am doing wrong.

Any help or advice appreciated. This is my 1st cycle btw.

What's your diet like? You can't just say it's good. Do you track it and know exactly how much you consume daily?

Next blood test is always good.

Diet consists of the following on average:

Meal 1: 3-4 eggs, 7 turkey bacon, french toast or pancakes, and milk
Meal 2: 0.5lbs of chicken breast, vegetables, yogurt, mountain dew
Meal 3: 0.5lbs of chicken breast, mash pototatoes or rice, yogurt, water
Meal 4: Whey protein shake, milk
Meal 5: Hamburger Patty, Vegetable, milk
Meal 6: Casein protein shake, water

I am 205lbs currently.
 
I would say..........

10 pounds of lean muscle mass gained, while putting on minimal fat..........is nothing to shake a stick at. With a clean diet you didn't bloat and gain alot of water, you put on quality. Which mamma always taught me quality over quanity.

To start with - theyre all signs of the gear being legit.
Secondly, 10lbs in 10 weeks with not much fat gain is surely better than 20-30lbs of bloat which may make you feel big but ultimately isn't healthy.
Thirdly, hire a trainer from these boards who will advise you better on your diet and supplement usage and ensure you get the most out of everything you're doing.

Slowly and surely is your best route.

I hope so. I mean the lifts in the gym are really going crazy. I have increased my deadlift by 20-30lbs. My bench by 30lbs+. My squat almost 50lbs. I just was waiting for it to 'kick in' like all these others say. I have heard some gain 40lbs but will then say that they also got fat and bloated a lot. I haven't bloated much at all. I have absolutely no gyno issues.

The only things that kept me from questioning 100% if the test is underdosed or fake is: 1) name brand galenika, 2) I got horrible test flu 2nd week (like many said I would), 3) definitely got lifts up in the gym, 4) skin is a lot oilier. I just never saw that 'kick' where I would gain like 10lbs instantly. Maybe everyone is exaggerating or something LOL.

Still going to get a blood test because I will be questioning the test until I go crazy and I still got another cycle to do with the same batch in a few months.

I have only one cycle under my belt, but did use some test e in it. And I can say that test e did not have much of a kick. I think you need to use prop to get a real kick in the ass.

Also, possible. I have read by some more experienced people that Test just doesn't work for some. So while I did have all the signs and decent gains, my body just doesn't respond well like others. I am using Dbol in next cycle with the Test. I prefer not to start a snowball and start increasing Test like crazy. I'm planning to stay at 500mg for a long time if possible and just try first Dbol. Then after that try Deca (200/wk with 500/wk of Test). Hopefully from there, I will know what I respond the best to. I know most vets say to only use as much as needed to see gains so I am following that advice as it makes most sense to me. :)

Haha, thanks guys for cheering me up. I've been sad and paranoid researching for several days straight. I guess I misinterpreted what was supposed to happen. Everyone said Test is the king of mass. So I was like if this is as good as it gets, then I'm SOL! LOL. I'm glad I didn't try anavar or something weaker. Then I'd really be wondering what was up.

I just ordered a blood test with privatemd so hopefully my levels are through the roof or else the worse news possible will be true...

I might. I don't drink or anything like that so I know its not the alcohol stopping my gains. I take creatine, glutamine, AAKG, fish and flaxseed, whey and casein, multi, and NLarge2.

whats your training schedule like out of curiosity?
I do DC training. It is by far the best routine I have ever used. I do 0 cardio also.
 
Are you sure the gear is good? Maybe it's under-dosed. I didn't notice if you mentioned what manufacturer it was or if you've used it before.
 
I don't know when you workout.. But you should consume the majority of your carbs PWO.. Very important to shuttle nutrients PWO... Also... From my personal experience dairy tends to cause breakouts.. Try subbing with other protein/carb sources and see if ur acne clears up...

Like many say on this board.. Bodybuilding is a marathon not a race... Be very happy with your 10lbs.. Especially if the majority is muscle...

%Free Test - 7.23 - HIGH - % - 1.50-4.20

So I know the first two tests are pretty damn good. Not so sure about Free Test. Anyone have opinions?

Also, the lab tested twice because they probably were like WTF LOL!!!!

it was all in your head, and had a little to do with your diet.
