someone else said it, but you should get on that lift flow before you get into this stuff. eat lift eat lift. learn the basics and stay consistent. the first few weeks of lifting you will see so many gainz naturally. adding gear will just be too much imo.
also, if you gear up...keep good form. i see too many people chase their strength but lose the movements and then they f@ck their shoulder, knee, face etc.. basics bro
