Test E vs. Sust 250

I'm old school Test C twice weekly or Sust M-W-F. I haven't used E in years but no reason not to.
 
someone else said it, but you should get on that lift flow before you get into this stuff. eat lift eat lift. learn the basics and stay consistent. the first few weeks of lifting you will see so many gainz naturally. adding gear will just be too much imo.

also, if you gear up...keep good form. i see too many people chase their strength but lose the movements and then they f@ck their shoulder, knee, face etc.. basics bro
 
I know they say all test is test, but I have done 1g of both, and would have to say Test C takes the cake here for better gains, more libido, and good mood. Thats just my experience tho

I agree with the fellas telling you to eat and lift before you start a cycle. Read and learn.

What are your goals? fitness? looking good? or do you plan to compete? if you do, you want to gain as much as you can from eating and lifting before you ever take any AAS. you have so much room for potential without using gear.

However, if you are intent on taking steroids, you will take them regardless what we advise.

So... DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. please.

I'd just like to be bigger and stronger. For personal pleasure I don't plan on competition but I'd like to continue cycling and just be in better shape.
