I have followed this for my offseason so far, VERY happy with the results. I am to fat to use insulin i believe so i am not using this. I have been using test at 1g test e per week , 5i.u gh post workout (3 days per week) , very very happy with the results. Blood work is good, general health feels good, appetite is very good and gains have been great, im the biggest i have ever been and the lowest bf% (at this weight) a little GH goes a LONG way i believe.
