Certainly makes me reconsider injecting twice a week as I've been doing. I've felt subpar on daily injections on trt when I tried it in the past but maybe I just needed to keep the dose higher. Always tried reducing the dose a bit when going to daily which was probably the culprit.
 
I know ive seen a site posted that showed the peaks and valleys if you plugged in dose, frequency and Ester. Any idea if these graphs are accurate?

Being totally honest it's hugely false precision. These half lives are averages of data. Each injection is different, carrier oil (Castor vs gso vs mct etc), blood flow in muscle. Variance in data is big even same oil, same muscle, same person - one injection to the next. So yes, it's right but grain of salt.

Point I was making is that, let's assume those graphs are perfect, dropping down serum 1000 to 800 is a 200pt drop (may or may not be meaningful). Dropping 10000 to 8000 serum is a 2000pt drop - likely more meaningful to more people so when doses get bigger, err on the side of more frequent.
 
The most optimal way to run prop is every day.

People run it however they'd like all the time.
They may even feel okay injecting every second, or even every third day, but that still doesn't make it the most advantageous way to maximize results with prop.
