Test Prop site inj & workouts
I've been site inj test prop in my Bi's n Tri's. Is it ok to train those muscles the same day they were inj? A couple hours after the inj, the muscles feel like they have been worked already!
I'm using 100ml ED. 50ml per side, rotating sites(heads) each day.

At 1 minute per ml to inject - that's 50 minutes and one BIG F*CKING SYRINGE! Are you sure you're injecting that much at once - if so you're HUGE

Train them the same day.You will get awesome pumps.I shoot my delts,bi's and tri's(quads and ass too) and try to coincide my workouts according to which part I shoot.Yea sometimes I will shoot a muscle 2-3-4 times a week,so obviously I cant work that bodypart each time,but when I do the pumps are great.For some reason I also believe it does not promote as much scar tissue,because your contracting the muscle,getting blood in and out and helping to spread the oil within the muscle,lessening lumps and knots.Same goes for syntherol......

I've always worked the muscle right after a sight injection. after the first day it's abnormally sore but then again so is any muscle after you inject into it the first time.

Some like to shoot afte training. This can be especially beneficial if you shoot hem regularily.I keeps the pump and if in fact you are going to benefit from the local receceptor uptake then the swelling keeps for la longer period. Also you might be able to train harder.

Just my thoughts

Tried the after workout shoot for the first time today.
You're right! My TRIs stayed pumped dam near all day!
I was liking the site inj already, now I'm in love with em!
