My diet guy suggested that I shoot my prop one day and my tren the next instead of putting them in the same pin......He is a well established athlete in the sport but I am just trying to see what the other opinions are out there.... Stats are 5"9 230lbs 15% bf currently cutting down taking 400prop week 400 tren a week and 300mg eq a week for 12 weeks. What your your ideas on not mixing the tren and prop...
