Mine has that flea collar smell and my wife HATES it when I take a shot of it.

I don't want to repeat what was already said but I have a bottle of Guaiacol in front of me and yeah it has a very strong odor. And it is used in making TNE.

Garage? I stored mine in the garage because my wife didn't like the smell. Seems like a bummer to discard those. I'll make a generous offer to put them to good use if you still end up getting rid of them.
