Can you explain carb cycling and it's effect on keeping off the bloat ?

Carb cycling has low med and high days, low days are generally off days, high days are usually heavy training days, etc.. keeps bodyfat in check and def helps keep bloat down for me. For a much much better explanation, shelby has a ebook on it, lean gain principles. Similar to mountain dog stuff, you're keeping carbs up when you need them, and low when you don't.
If I eat medium to higher carbs all the time bodyfat and bloat climbs quicker than I'd like. Once I get too soft I really lose the drive to keep bulking and just feel crappy about myself.
