Just started a new test/tren/drol cycle. I like to take key body measurements weekly in addition to checking weight. I'm doing a bodybuilding competition in early June and a powerlifting competition sometime in February so the goal is to do a clean bulk through the powerlifting comp and then diet down.
Below are the measurements from the beginning of my last cycle/ end of my last cycle/ beginning of this cycle:
Height: 5'10 1/2"
Weight: 180/218/210
Arms: 16/18.25/18
Chest: 42/49/49
Thigh: 24/26/25 1/2
Calves: 15.75/16/16
Wrists: 7/7/6.75 (weird)
Forearms: 12/13.5/13.25
Waist: 33/33/32.5
Also strength:
Squat: 605/605/605
Bench:405/455/455
Deadlift:405/505/555
Also if anyone has suggestions on what gear I should use for the diet portion they would be greatly appreciated.
