when does it start? Right after the first shot or later on in the cycle?

I just thought the red skin was common with this... I have the same thing... so does my training partner and the other guys I know at the gym... My B/P is 120/80 and face is red! I tend to agree with the estrogen comment... I know an AI has helped in the past with this but still had some redness in the face.
 
Normal blood pressure is <120 mm of Hg systolic and < 80 mm of Hg diastolic.

Pre-hypertension is <120-139 mm of Hg systolic and < 80-89 mm of Hg diastolic.

Stage 1 hypertension is 140-159 mm of Hg systolic and 90-99 mm of Hg diastolic.

Stage 2 hypertension is =/>160 mm of Hg systolic and =/>100 mm of Hg diastolic

1.Weight reduction : if you are overweight then you must lose weight. Calculate your BMI and also measure your waist.

2.Diet plan - Restrict your calories as soon as the pointer goes there, calculate the calories which you need to consume each day ) so that you take only as many calories are required. Include a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables , include nuts in your diet and switch from refined grain foods to whole grains and whole pulses and the diet should be low on saturated fats and total fats. You can achieve 8-14 mm of Hg reduction in blood pressure through this diet.

3.Restrict salty foods. Your total salt intake in a day should not exceed 5 grams(approx 1 teaspoon). Don't put extra salt in the salad & foods on the table.

"Store-bought" and restaurant food is extemely high in sodium - usually always!!!

4.Regularly exercise for a minimum of half an hour every day.
5.Avoid or minimize alcohol.
6.Relax through yoga, dance, meditation etc.
7.Give up tobacco and smoking.

MOST people are NOT properly hydrated...

Benicar HCT 40mg/12.5mg is what I am on - family related, genetics. I am pre-hyper with meds. When I am properly hydrated, I am 120/80.
 
That's a good indicator of high blood pressure. I'd keep an eye on it
