Testing HCG at Home?

I tried to find the answer to my question via searching old threads, but couldn't find an answer. I'm pretty sure i read a thread in the past that state someone could test hcg by using a home pregnancy test. Can anyone confirm this, and how much do you need to use testing by this method? Thanks..

pregnancy tests test for the presence of HCG, so it would determine whether or not yours is legit. the amount they test for i do not know.

yup just squirt some on there, if it positive then you have hcg

Amount not validated though...

The test may confirm if you have HCG, but it will not necessarily confirm the amount you think you have.

EX) Your vial may say, 5000mcg, but may only contain 1000mcg, but will still test positive.

Very true, and good point. It is from a board sponsor, so if it is hcg then will better about it probably being legit.
