My recent blood work for testosterone levels came in, blood work taken 48hrs post administration of 35mg test prop + 50mg test isocaproate. Total test levels were 1124 ng/dL which is a little lower than I was expecting, however free testosterone serum was 157 pg/mL (15.7 ng/dL) on a scale of 52-280. I didn't have my SHBG levels checked, but they must be very high for my free test to only be in the mid range of normal? Weekly dosing is 35 mg test prop + 50mg test iso every M/W/F. Compounds were verified by Janoshik.
A year ago I last had my testosterone levels checked 96hrs post admin of 75mg test cyp and they were 899 ng/dL with free test of 19.78ng/dL on a scale of 5-21. I did have my SHBG checked on this test and it was high at 60.5, range 16-55.9. Weekly dosing during that time frame was 75mg test cyp every 4 days/96 hrs.
So my free test levels are actually lower now despite a higher testosterone dosage and higher total test level. I'm sure the levels dropped some with the test being 48hrs after test prop admin, but wouldn't have thought it would have dropped that much on the free test levels.
I did not have estrogen levels checked, but did check prolactin and progesterone, prolactin was high at 16.8, range of 4-15.2, but progesterone was in range at 0.3, range of 0.0-0.5. I just started SNS Inhibit-P to help with the prolactin issue. I have not ran tren in 7 years and 4-5 years ago did a short run of NPP, but only ran it at 75-90mg/week, not sure why prolactin would be high.
Is it very common to have results as I did as far as total test levels being high while the free test levels were only in the mid range? Will start taking boron to help increase free test levels. Have considered proviron or low dose masteron, but not keen on taking either of those for the long term.
