Testosterone gel to have warning label!

I thought I share this. I just heard this on the news, The FDA says that test gel that is used for TRT has been link to 8 kids touching the gel, once apply to adults (I don't want to know) and getting negative side effects. WTF? The FDA nows wants a warning label on all packages warning of second hand negative effects. I thought I about heard it all.

its pretty common really, transfer risk is fairly high with the gels + TRT.... and it doesn't take much to screw up a 10 year old girls or boys hormone levels. Just not using gloves to apply it and leaving some on your hands, or even contact via laundry.

The hormones in our meat are screwing up oung kids more than anything sending them onto puberty years before they should. Guess the FDA must have missed that issue somehow.

dead on that is the main reason I always preach sucking it up and requesting injections.
Cream makes very little sense it is more costly unless you have good insurance and it is an everyday ritual where as you can pop a leg once a week and be done.

Didn't they release a study linking the hormones used to increase chicken breast meat to females developing at earlier then past rates.
Thought I read that somewhere..

do you mean those hormones that even if injested couldnt possibly make it through our digestive system?

isnt that why most anabolics are INJECTED? cause they would be destroyed through digestion

good. they need a warning imo. i can only imagine what this stuff would do to a child. imagine a young girl accidentally getting small doses from her father everyday. virilization is irreversible. it could really ruin someone's life.

Guys, they are basing it on only 8 cases. Their are milllions of use of this product, so this isn't a common problem. To me, it is the FDA trying to restrict the product, and that worries me.

very true!!!... when I read this I was thinking "what's the FDA talking about???" I am sitting here reading the AndroGel insert and there is already an ENTIRE section with warnings about "women and children should not come into contact with application sites on the male", wash hands after application, cover the area with clothing immediately after, if a child does touch, wash immediately with soap and water, etc, etc...

I saw 60 minutes do a show on the almost 20 years ago. They talked more about cattle as I recall. Gyno in boys and girls having their periods. Ever notice how most girls have fully developed breasts today at a very young age. When I was in 5th grade there was one girl that had big beasts, now almost all girls at the age have them. It's one thing to take hormones when you are full grown and another to take them while you are in the growth stage. It's sad cause it's not about what is really hurting our children, it's about being politically correct.

Thought I saw something like that I have seen this first hand cause my nine year old son is starting puberty already! I was like WTF pimples! WTF peachfuzz pits! dude your not even in the double digits

This very true. I was using T cream for HRT and thought I was being careful, unfortunately my 4 year old daughter started showing signs of virilization. Took her to her Pedi doc and had her blood tested, her Test was way up, I stopped using the cream. Her levels returned to normal and the virilization reversed.

i believe it. another problem is the drug estrogen for menopause or birth control. women take it then they piss it out and now its in water supplies. i remember reading an article on it. male fish in a pond were all hermaphrodite or had female characteristics and they blamed it on the estrogen from birth control pills. that would definitely speed puberty in girls. would also make boys more feminine
