My test levels are awfully low these days. I got my doctor interested in helping me out. However since I am just mid 30s I have no interest in going on a lifetime TRT schedule. I am hoping my levels pick up in a month or so. Until then I'd like to top up my levels to a more natural level without affecting my natural recovery significantly. I was thinking 5-10mg of anavar per day for a few months all the while monitoring my blood for indicators that my HPTA is being affected.
Or maybe just the test cream might be good enough to top up my levels too. I dont know if it will affect my recovery.
So my questions are:
-If I just use a very little test/anavar can i get away with not affecting my natural test recovery?
-what indicators do I need to get the doctor to monitor to make sure my HPTA isnt being shut down more?
