If I have a low T. Should I start TRT or just stick with lifting heavy for a while and get retested to see if my test levels go up. I’m 25. I feel like if I lift heavy it’ll go up but I wanted experienced persons opinion.
 
What are your T levels now? Lifting, eating healthy, sleeping etc can all help raise T levels to a point.

Test level 300. I’ve been eating clean about 400-500 grams of protein per day 200-300 grams of carbs and 70-90 grams of fat. Lifting heavy, I NEVER SLEEP. I feel like I should get tested again later on just to see if I made an improvement not yet though.

Sleep sounds like it may be the problem. Lack of sleep is something do if they want to lower T levels.

Why is your test so low? did you cycle with AAS, SARMS or prohormones and if so when? Was it within the last 6 months?
 
Test levels can fluctuate and doctors typically want multiple low tests before starting trt.

How do you feel in general? Low t levels can be a symptom of another issue. Low t is rare at 25 but not unheard of.
