This is Branch Warrens training partner, and the guy was a reporter for MD.com and according to this article co'op'd with the feds so watch your back if in Tx.
I wonder if this had anaything to do or stemmed from the Art Atwood "incident" that was alll over the boards a few months ago.

It's probably too late for many anyway..if it's in the papers and plead -most of the guys he dealt with are toast.
This was just an FYI, never hurts to clean up the house and stay safe if you are in TX.

Where would the proof be though. If these guys met up with him to get gear, its not like the cops are gonna find a receipt at their house. Plus you can tell the cops who you sold gear to and they still cant get a warrant to search you. They have to have more proof, or anyone can just go around saying they sold stuff to anyone. Now, if these guys dealt with him through email and didnt have their stuff shipped to a diff addy(without their name on it) then they may be in trouble. Either way, if they clean house, and the cops find no gear, then they cant be charged for anything.

What do you mean? It's not illegal to have firearms.

^^^^ stupid law but true. Never keep anything illegal in the same property as your firearms. Better off having it in the trunk of your car than in your house where you have a lab,tons of gear,etc..........
