Ok so today kinda sucked but for the past 3 weeks I've been doin about 15 minutes of cardio after my workout. I started out dieting and cardio then I felt like I was getting to low on my calories and I felt that I needed to take a break for the weekend to get my metabolism back up. So I just ate clean but uped my cals back to about 5000. I LOOK AMAZING!!! I use to never do cardio cause I thought it would hinder my gains. My arms and back are espesially great looking.

Now I've been told that I'm brutally honest with myself and I wouldnt even be saying this if people werent comming up to me on a daily basis telling me how big and cut I'm looking. I've got to get some pics of this cause I'm afriad I'll never look this good agian. Try some cardio if your stuck in a rut.

Also I think I found a cure for those who have no appetite.

Diet hard for a couple of weeks continue cardio. I was starving while dieting like I said I thought I was dieting to hard so I took a break. I ate like a mad man that weekend I still have that appetite but I have it under control.

i recently started doing cardio as well, since we were on break from classes for a month this year instead of 3 weeks i took advantage of it and started to 2 a days...45 min cardio in the am (500kcals) and then lifting later in the day...i have noticed a HUGE difference in the way i look, and i cannot wait for the next few weeks whe things really start coming together and i get the dieting even more down pat. it seems like the longer i start to do it the easier it becomes.

do you notice you also feel better throughout the day as well? i do for sure!

Man its great works better than any pill/supplement I've taken lol. I fell much better less stress too. I guess I lifting weights and cardio are really too diffrent things. I mean I use to do cardio but this is the first time I've really noticed a bid change.
 
right now, i'm doing 20 minutes of High Intensity/Moderate Intervals M - W after work (6pm-ish)

-- it worked well for the past month and a half but i've plateaued the last two weeks ...

i was HOPING and PRAYING I wouldn't have to:
(1) increase the # of sessions in a week or
(2) start my day sobbing and crying (i.e. morning cardio)

but it looks like there's an inevitability here.

if I switch to a schedule like so:

- Day 1: 1 session (pm)
- Day 2: 1 session (am) & 1 session (pm)
^immediately followed by 2 - 3 hours of 'me' time:
fetal position in the corner, sobbing uncontrollably and
begging Little Debbie for consolation)
- Day 3: 1 session (pm)

(1) Is it ok to add the second session to Day 2?
(2) how much of an impact does time of day have?
i.e., would I be better off with all sessions in the AM and add just the one PM session?

anyway, i'm new here and appreciate the feedback & direction.
