Ok so today kinda sucked but for the past 3 weeks I've been doin about 15 minutes of cardio after my workout. I started out dieting and cardio then I felt like I was getting to low on my calories and I felt that I needed to take a break for the weekend to get my metabolism back up. So I just ate clean but uped my cals back to about 5000. I LOOK AMAZING!!! I use to never do cardio cause I thought it would hinder my gains. My arms and back are espesially great looking.
Now I've been told that I'm brutally honest with myself and I wouldnt even be saying this if people werent comming up to me on a daily basis telling me how big and cut I'm looking. I've got to get some pics of this cause I'm afriad I'll never look this good agian. Try some cardio if your stuck in a rut.
Also I think I found a cure for those who have no appetite.
Diet hard for a couple of weeks continue cardio. I was starving while dieting like I said I thought I was dieting to hard so I took a break. I ate like a mad man that weekend I still have that appetite but I have it under control.
