Multiple nasal fractures. He will have to meet with a facial specialist to determine the next steps according to espn.Holy shit for sure something broken nose bones something??
Guys,
I played high level baseball through college. The pitcher did nothing wrong..(it also absolutely was not on purpose)..and the emotion and concern he showed from the mount was appropriate. It's not really appropriate to run up to help a guy you accidently hit. Your first instinct(even when I think about it now) is to run up and help but there is nothing you can do and there is always the possibility of tempers flaring. The pitcher looked like he was going to be sick..
And at that point, everyone needs to stay out of the way except for the coach and medical staff and maybe a Team Captain or something.

Harper was very fortunate. Also, this kind of thing has happened to Giancarlo Stanton as well (it was horrific) and then years later the same pitcher threw inside and it was like a flashback. He ended up talking shit telling him to keep it over the damn plate/not throw up and in after their history and then homered off the guy that same game. It was really a sweet thing.watched the game last night. rewound like 10 times.
makes harpers head face shot look like nothing. i wonder how he's gonna get back in the box again and be the same after this.
i got hit so many times playing but never in the face. helmet but that wasnt 94mph.
Thank you man doesn’t anyone watch or did anyone play football either? Same thing (watch football injury’s) you know when somebody is hurt but what good does it do if everyone on the field runs out and try’s to pretend that they’re helping? It sucks and you can feel bad doesn’t mean they don’t care. Been through the same shitGuys,

Yup. Looks like baseball to me. Not saying to be heartless to Pillar but this was just a high inside curveball. (Probably an out of control fastball). Webb wasn't celebrating, smiling or taunting. Pillar caught some chin music. More like face music. And Yikes! That thing had a motor on it, too. 94mph...smh.Guys,
