I've been going through a pretty shitty couple of months. So far 2005 has been horrible for me as far as my father passing away, my fiance leaving me... and a lot of memories from my child hood that I'm not gonna get into were brought back up.

Anyway, I just want to thank everyone that made the contribution to the threads that I made, for the PM's that were sent to me and I want to thank Big A for starting the counseling forum as I think it's a great help to many guys who just need to get stuff off their chest and use it as an outlet.

and Sigmund Roid, thank you bro. You know alot more about me then I'm willing to discuss on the board and you helped me through that crazy ass time of my life.

This is truly a great board with great people.

i feel yeah man, 05 hasnt been such a great year for me either. you have many good things to come thats for sure.

i also think the counseling forum is a great addition to the board. its funny because i have read threads on there that are relating to my personal life and i take advice used in others peoples post.

to me this board is more than just steroids, bodybuidling, and being self absorbed,, hhaha.. some of the people on here i honestly consider friends and i have never even met them in person.
