Every thing just seems to be working out for me, I'm sorry I haven't been posting here as much because I've been just so busy. But I promise to contribute more when time allocates in the future. I was just invited to help with contest prep for Silvio Samuel for the Iron Man Pro on the 25th in LA, working under Charles Glass doing an apprenticeship, as soon as I get back to CA. According to Charles we also have have Kai Greene, Dennis James, and Victor Martinez who contest prep help. I'm not 100% of all the details yet, just on the working with Silvio for now. I know it prob sounds unbelievable I'll get some pics of us working for the sake of my site. I have been trying to work w/ Charles though since 2003.

I also have plans for 3 books also, one is a healthy cook book, the other my philosophy on contest prep, dieting, shit loading/peak week with the died I created (basically a hybrid carb cycling/ketogenic/extended carb up day diet) the last is regarding training. So yeah my plate is full, and I have a lot of work ahead of me. I think things are finally starting to fall into place though. I owe a lot to this board, and some of the great members here who inspired me such as Big A, Phil, Byrd, Kiwi, Bapper, I could go on I've been here since day one so many great people. I'm just happy to be a part of this group, and very appreciative of the recognition. Thank you every one who voted and nominated for me.
