Well lets first start off by saying big thanks to RC! two and a half weeks ago i posted a thread wishing or aleast hoping 4 so major help trying to gain some size to my suprise this razor guy sends me a diet and a workout to try all i can say is wow! I've been lifting for some time up untill now and had ok results w/gear and without but as i now see my lifting needed major help along w/my diet The best ex i can give is last summer my bw was 165-170 on a good day after a long cycle it got up to 180,still wanting more i looked for you guys to help and i got it my bw is 189 no cycle up from 184.5 all my lift are growing ex. squats 225x6 on my work out , RC's work out 225x10 Incline bench on mine 185x3 his 225x4-5 now i know its not much but as far as i see it his advise is working kinda want to see what it does with a cycle but ill wait for a few mths. once again thanks RC you guys need to try it it may help the new guys i know it has helped me
 
Thanks for the props dude. Just keep plugging away and keep that diet consistant. Look what edge did in only 7wks. Give it time and you will succeed with your goals.

Yeah Razor is a good dude. Hey RC did the Circuit training and so far so good. No issues with my neck and shoulder. Thanks.

I'll eat it put I won't drink it. That's just gross.

I think RC, according to one of his articles, believes in BIG calories from REAL food. I read the article which was good but I've already learned this. i think 3 light meals and 4 shakes a day is going to allow you to take a very expensive shit but that's about all.

I have WO and/or a PWO shake and maybe one more a day. The rest is from 6-8 meals of 1000 calories or more. Eat and grow, eat and grow, eat and grow (just keep saying that in your head all day long)

I like that method... seems to be the one that works for me.
I couldnt do it on shakes alone, they have there time and place as you mentioned But I agree the Good solid foods are what does it imo.
 
Engbulldog just keep plugging away at it. You will not be sorry. Im making the best gains of my life. Listen and you will get were you want to be.

Thanks tt66 looking to get around 230lbs or so at 5'6 w/small jounts should look good! as long as i dont look like Greg Valainto sorry if my spelling sucks LOL
