Well lets first start off by saying big thanks to RC! two and a half weeks ago i posted a thread wishing or aleast hoping 4 so major help trying to gain some size to my suprise this razor guy sends me a diet and a workout to try all i can say is wow! I've been lifting for some time up untill now and had ok results w/gear and without but as i now see my lifting needed major help along w/my diet The best ex i can give is last summer my bw was 165-170 on a good day after a long cycle it got up to 180,still wanting more i looked for you guys to help and i got it my bw is 189 no cycle up from 184.5 all my lift are growing ex. squats 225x6 on my work out , RC's work out 225x10 Incline bench on mine 185x3 his 225x4-5 now i know its not much but as far as i see it his advise is working kinda want to see what it does with a cycle but ill wait for a few mths. once again thanks RC you guys need to try it it may help the new guys i know it has helped me
