well, been 1 week now, and i think these are the ticket regarding my severe cramps, know for sure in a couple weeks with more leg workouts under my belt..

1..wake up feeling better and more energy
i did chest today, and it has felt like it wanted to tear the right pec now for MONTHS.....well, today that "knot" was not present, nor when i flexed did it feel like it was going to "go"

ive found ZMA helpful in the past.
 
All sodas, clenbutral and very heavy sweating make you lose minerals also. Mainly magnesium and potassium,magnesium more so. My body is very susceptible to this problem. When not keeped in check I get debilitating cramps and have to crawl to the bath tub using only my arms and set in hot water to relieve the pain. When I'm potassium depleted I get very sad and some times to the point of crying like a bitch.When this happens I pop some potassium and in about three hrs I'm OK.The body uses magnesium to absorb potassium and because it's burned first and more so its the main cause of cramps. It's also needed for good sleeping. Every one thinks if you get cramp its low potassium, so they replace potassium. That's why you hear of people having heart problems that take it instead of magnesium. If you supplement magnesium it is hard to find a good name brand.One way to tell if you have a good one is if taken in high doses it will not cause diarrhea. Twin labs has good products but there mag is only good for people that are constipated, it is not absorbed in the intestines well at all. Magnesium works with insulin to put nutrients from blood into muscle. There for it is important for BBing. When on aas cycle the yeast [or candida]in your intestine will be caused to over grow and cause an unhealthy balance of yeast vs good bacteria and your body will not absorb nutrients as well. Helping to cause cramps and other problems.That's why it's good to supplement with acidophilus. Especially for long cycles.
