ive been doing the leg routine you gave me a few months ago. its working great!! my legs are comming up even faster. :eek: i dont have time to do it 2x a week so i can just imagine if i did what would happen.:confused:

I just tried to bring as much blood as possible in his quads

I knew he was gonna do it hard and it worked well for him ( I was sure of it)

I'm always willing to help any of my bros here ;)

leg ext.
3 x 12-15

ass to the grass squats
5 x1-6 reps maxing out.
heavy and waaaay below paralell!!!

hack squats
different foot positions
4-5x10-30
get as much blood in them as possible. no rest between sets.

leg ext
3 x drop set to failure last set includes rest pause on every drop before you drop.

stiff deads
3x12

leg curl
3 x12

i changed a little bit of it cause i cant get to do it 2 x a week but mike1107 was right.....heavy and then get as much blood in em as possible.

yeah !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bit more volume than I told u but as u do it only 1xweek it should be ok :D

this one was a made for short period of time only (not more than 4weeks)

squat should not exceed more reps than 6 cause I like it heavy 3 reps being the minimal

in my case a lot of reps FOR SQUAT made me lose volume (in my case only, I know may do well on it though)

hack squat are a kind of giant set

once u are done with heavy ass squat u have to pump as much blood possible in the shorter time u can that's why I like to go with drop sets and rest pause with unilateral leg est ( u do one leg then the other then u are in hell)

Lucian has increased the volume in his case cause he will do it once a week
when i do this kind of routine I do 2 sets max per exercise, sometimes just 1 and it lasts about 30 minutes ... of hell


now I go higher reps on harmstrings
 
like mike said i only get legs once a week for now. if i can fit it in 2x a week i will drop the volume a bit. but he is right....heavy and then pump some blood ing there as best you can.
hurts like hell and the sweat pours off but ahhhh what a good feeling when you are done, and i walk funny for the next couple of days too.
