Well I had a hip flexor injury about 2 years ago..and I could not do heavy legs like I wanted to...it took about 8 months to fully heal...in the at time, I lost quit a bit in my legs...
I found some of DC's info and have been following it for the past 3 months...and now my legs have filled out again...That chicken I was riding was killed off over those 3 months.
I owe DC a thank you for his knowledge...also, I look forward to joining him on a fulltime basis when he returns from his break.
