I have always new how to train hamstrings, quads and core coming from a sport background. As well as triceps, however I just recently learned how to properly train chest latS, and traps. I am now trying to key in on side and front delts, and biceps. For side delts the only exercises I feel are leaning db laterals, and the seated rope overhead ext(a john meadows movement so going to work on those), biceps i been really liking alt db curls but it's not consistent and changes workout to workout still experimenting. None the less it's a great feeling.

English version please:D

There's really no secret to it. Go by feel and use your imagination. Discard what doesn't feel right, exploit what produces results.

Pretty much the same principle that applies to anything in life.

All of the great trainers, gurus, etc. etc. have tapped into this simple fact.

Having said this, everybody's just a bit different from everybody else. The ability to discern what's right for you and/or someone else is what separates the wheat from the chaff.

Thanks for the reply seems like if aas isn't the topic it gets frowned upon

yeah i remember when i first realised how to train Lats properly, and actually feel them working, now they are my best bodypart. It was when I tried the Meadow Rows and felt it deep in the lats, now I can feel them on all exercises.

Just getting that first good contraction in a muscle group thats been a tough responder is like a door opening up.
The feeling of FUCK YES FINALLY!
