In no particular order. And sometimes some way more mellow stuff if I'm just doing accessory stuff. Top 5 would be for ME movements.

HngryGrl likes her System of a Down.

Metalica was in town a few weeks back so and justice for all is on mine.

Beck: farewell ride cause of the last season of the Shield.

ODB. ol dirty bastard (and ill beat your ass)

I always tried to start my workout with Juicy by Notorious BIG for like two years.

if you like 80's Rock muscle and fitness put out an album of 80's rock that are mixes. Each song runs with no break inbetween and it is designed to keep your heart rate at 128BPM. Really good and available thru itunes. My personal favorite are any metallica album, justice for oll or master of puppets are probably my favorites.

1) unearth--(entire oncoming storm album)
2) grim reaper--see you in hell
3) testament--over the wall
4) testament--3 days in darkness
5) pantera --(entire far beyond driven album)

2. ACDC - Bonn Scott Era
3. ACDC - Post Bonn Scott Brian Johnson Era

That is important because it changes everything depending on the singer.
I am the same with VanHalen with and or without diamond dave.

1. Killswitch Engage-My Curse
2. In Flames-Take This Life
3. Bush-Machinehead
4. Chevelle-Send The Pain Below
5. Dunk Ryders-Fu** The Other Side (Kimbo Intro Song)

Rock pretty much for the win on workout days....check out that Dunk Ryders song if you like rap though. There's something about it that just makes you pumped, ESPECIALLY if your from S. Florida.
