I did this with my an old training partner about a year and a half ago:
Grap a curl bar and fill it up with enough weight for a HARD 12 rep max. Then stand face-to-face with your training partner and both put $100 bucks on the floor between you. Now grab the curl bar and start banging out sets of 8, handing the bar back and forth to your training parnter without putting it down on the ground. Keep doing this until one of you gives up and drops the bar on the floor, the one left standing gets the cash.
My partner and I did this back and forth for literally 25min or so, god knowns how many sets. Yeah, its overtraining but its fun to do every once in a long while and itll shock your arms into some serious growth. And if youre as hardcore as you probably claim you are, youll get 100 bucks out of it, and a maniacal bicep workout.
