Well...here is a recap of what I saw today. I was stuck basicly in the House of Fitness booth downstairs all day, but did manage to sneak in and see some of the people I knew.

Mike H. won the overall and he did deserve it for sure. His was in great condition and he has these fuckin hamstrings that are seriously huge. Huge shoulders and crazy vascularity helped seal that deal. Chad from Nutrisport was huge too, but he was not as peeled as mike. Just goes to show how important conditioning is. If you aint the biggest guy on stage, at least be the hardest and most inshape.

I saw a ton of people from the board there too. I met BBA and Im sorry I didnt get to chat longer. Thanks for taking the time to say hello. I talked with Vander V for a min or two. Yeah Vander I dont know what the fuck I was thinking saying that middle even had a snowballs chance in hell at the title. Must have been all the Pro tan fumes warping my mind......actually it was probably me just not paying attention and checking out some of the chicks instead. Speaking of which, I didnt think that there were as many hot chicks there this time...maybe it was just me. I saw Ballplayer there and he had a good showing as well. I also saw Hutch and it looked like he has put on a little size as of late. Anyway.....it was a fun, long day and now its time to have a shake and hit the sack. mike h was definetly peeled

he deserved the win, balplaya looked good but they didnt place him im not sure why they didnt cause i personally thought he looked good.

the middle was good but nothing like mike or chad.

it really came down to conditioning likeyou said, and mike was the better of the two , but i still think mikes overall physique looks better , i got every prediction right except Peder Johanson i picked him to win the supers but he got robbed i think.

great show though

and it was nice talking to BBA and AWN, HUTCH and i met IMMORTAL.

i also had a chance to talk briefly with BALPLAYA back in the pump up room and i told him he looked right on , im really surprised he didnt place but just goes to show ya AZ shows aint no walk in the park.

im not really sure who RANDY was he was a lHW right?
