The best intra work out supplement?

I tried AdreNOline its very good but they dont sell it in the UK and by the time I pay for shipping and excise its not worth the cost to get this again. So how are the alternatives like Purple Wraath or Intravol?

I tried Purple Wrath. It smells pleasant but it tastes foul. I felt a little nauseous on it taking it before or during a workout. Now I just use one of the "sports drinks" i.e. something with some sodium, potassium and a little sugar.

size-on is a great product but can be a little much to drink during a workout, ie. too rich. Universals Intra-Aid is a good option as well as xtend(used this year to diet and help on to lean tissue better than usual.

Or you can just make your own mix, thats what i do .

Xtend is a great product. Mix that with some fast carbs like WMS or maltodextrin/dextrose and you got a good during workout supplement.

Xtend is still a great product. it used to be the best.

Thanks everyone for your input. I looked at the ones you mentioned. Size On didn’t seem to have much of the ingredients I was looking for. I wanted high bcaa’s, electrolytes and carbs preferably waxy maize. It came down to Purple Wrath, Chain’d out, and Intra Aid. I decided to go for Intra Aid because this contains 10,000 mg of bcaa’s per serving, some carbs waxy (maize) and also electrolytes and the best thing it comes in BLUE RASPBERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is probably a lot cheaper but have you seen the intra-aid blue raspberry flavour? It is sooooo bright blue! I have to get it man! It must be like drinking smurfs.
