the best kidney and digestive enzyme products?

looking for some good supps for kidney and digestive enzymes, anyone have any suggestions?

I like the Now Super Enzymes. One or two with a meal. I try to use a lot of sauerkraut and kimchi and stuff like that too to aid in my digestion.

I don't know what supplements really help the kidneys. I think the best think one can do for their kidneys is keep their blood pressure in check!

I use NOW brand as well. Its part of my 'digestive stack' that is use daily (includes prebiotics, probiotics)

I've seen some studies about enzyme supplements, they claim enzyme are digested so dont work like intended...
