You can go to either a mexican store or a regular grocer and get Skirt Steak. If they have a tenderizer have them run the meat through the machine 2 times. Make sure you cust it into strips (.5lb portion size or less) and get yourself some of your fav beer. I like to use the Miller Lime to give the meat a hint of lime.
Get a plastic or tupperware container and add the meat and cover it with the beer. Place a lid on it and marinate it for 36 hours. Then take the meat out and place it on the plate and wait for the meat to get room temperature so the meat cooks evenly. Then use a spice called (Adobo Picante) and put the grill on high heat. Place a good amount of seasoning on the first side you will sear. While grilling place a good amount of seasoning on the other side. Cook for 10-20 minutes depending on portion and make sure to get a nice sear or good grill marks and you will have the best steak ever...
