The best Omega-3 fish oils?

Finding The Best Fish Oil Supplements

I've been doing some research to find out what are the best fish oil caps out there and all the opinion articles I found have these listed as #1. I'm currently using Norwegian Gold Ultimate Fish Oils, Critical Omega, 120 caps for about $45. Pretty pricey! I use 3/day so a bottle lasts for 40 days.

What are you guys using? Is it really that detrimental to use "cheaper" omega-3s? How do you know if using the more expensive products is making a significant difference in your health?

Personally i use True Proteins. I have used their fish oil for the past 2 years and love them.

Each cap is 1000 mg and there are 1000 caps in a jug.

Nordic naturals which has 1g of epa/dha per 2 caps or gnc's enteric coated triple strength fish oil which has 900mg of epa/dha per 1 cap.

I was using vitamin worlds omega-3's switched to gnc, and started to get bad fish burps. I switched back to VW's and no more burps. The VW fish oils don't tell you the ratio of the EPA/DHA, but they are 300mg combined per pill.

From what I understand, just about every brand of fish oil sold in North America is sourced from Ocean Nutrition, so it doesn't really seem like it would matter what brand you got it from.
