It probably won’t really make much difference. But I physically feel better when I split them up, so I doIf I didn't do the 5/2 option, that is how I would set it up
M- Chest
T- Back
W- Legs
TH- OFF (cardio)
Fri- Delts
Sat- Arms
Sun- OFF (cardio)
I guess it becomes a question of what is better for recover, 2 full days off, or to split them up? Keeping in mind, the legs day is essentially a day off for the upper body. Probably in the long run it won't make 1% difference ha
