Here's the best way I have found to eat cottage cheese as a quick meal.

-1cup fat free cottage cheese.....30g protein
-3/4cup granola......40g carbs

I like to blend mine up in a food processor or blender until it's the consistency of pudding. Then I add a little cocoa powder and truvia or honey to sweeten it up a bit. Tastes a little like chocolate cheese cake. I make it by the tubs.

I do this as well and its tasty stuff. If im feeling lazy ill just take a tub and throw in a bunch of pineapple pieces...tastes pretty damn good too.
 
i put mine on top of my eggs....

about a cup with some salsa...will make ANY breakfast a HIT....

I put a few tablespoons on top of my avacado.

Cut avacado in half make a little well and I add my cottage right on top and sprinkle some cinamon on top.

love it on s pinch
 
I use my cottage cheese as salad dressing instead of salad dressing.
 
Some good ideas in here!

I like to throw half a can of "in it's on juice" peaches or fruit cocktail on it. I skip the fat free stuff too, and get the good whole fat one!
 
Good suggestions in here. Personally could never put them down, might have to try some of these.

This is a great read, I'll have to try some of the suggestion here, I personally mix mine with jello sugar free
 
Cottage cheese and applesauce together but not mixed up.

Separately, I don't care for either one.

Just a spoon for me. I will sit down and eat the whole tub! Yum!
 
Easiest for me to just blend it with a scoop of chocolate protein for flavor.





0 carb greek yogurt with probiotics is even a better option, although a little pricier. But more protein per serving.
