The 'Colorado Experiment' two point oh

Oh yeah blood work came in today. HDL came back only 4 points lower than on cruise and LDL is lower, trigs are always good. I first want to credit my diet which is six days of the vertical diet with a load day, next I credit my amino injections, followed by using less harsh AAS ie just trest/test and without an AI this blast.

HDL: 44, LDL: 114
HDL:LDL 2.5, Total Lipids: 154
HCT: 48.9
A1C: 4.9 (wouldnt mind this coming down more)
TT: 2640 (from 500mg of prop and suspension)
E2: 84 (wouldnt mind this coming down even more than a1c)

HR: 66 (slightly up but a sign i'm growing)

Switched over from lisinopril to telmisartan this morning. I call my health stack the superman mix, here's what it looks like;

Ended up being a repetition day, had over 1000mg of caffiene by "accident" so I needed to burn it out. Need to work on my upperback yoke for more stability so until than i'll keep the squats lighter.

First day of full carbs for a workout day, less than 200 today and less than 100 tomorrow, still 1000+ on load day. Noticing some accumulation of visceral fat, comes with the territory of 100+ e2, I need more ralox and to add some adex bc I want to push the ment dose to 200mg.

Waxy maize is so much easier on the stomach and wallet than HBCD. Looking to drop my test prop for more test base, would be 400mg of base rather than 500mg of base/prop, after several weeks of that we'll combine the 400mg of base with 400mg of Sust. Orals will come in when I put a new order in, I'm too lazy too buy more but also miss that toxic crap like drugs.

Max effort is getting serious now, this deep into a block theres no guess work so less warm up and less second guessing. Loading fats on sunday is really making me wake up tight and full, carbs on thursday and fats on sunday. Fasted weight 204.

I'm hoping to make a pass at a WR geared total at 184 in the next 3 years. I'm so much more muscular with the BEST coaches money could buy in this sport (literally I have the best coaches in my area.) So while this sounds like a stretch, I think it's doable.

Loading in the afternoon and early morning.

Diet update, up to around 3000g of carbs in a week with two loading days. Dropped the fat load and just adding fats to my night time meal. Macros look as such

5x - 200/400/70 - 3000kcal
2x - 1000/400/100 - 6500kcal

This week will have around 160-180iu of total insulin and 30iu of growth, next week im going to down the insulin a tad and up the growth. 150 slin, 33.3iu growth.

IL, what’s your current anabolics regimen at this moment? I think you mentioned somewhere that you were gonna raise the test base and drop some of the prop. Any raloxifene in play?

It's only a loose shirt so I still have room to get tighter in it, but I'm getting good with it. Most lean guys are way to loose in the posterior chain to bench, but again because I'm thicc for a light weight the shirt really helps anchor me. I honestly didn't feel much juice in me despite a rest day and refeed yet still hit a gnarly PR for a triple.

I really need to stop de-prioritizing the squat, you know youre fatigued when 100mg TNE doesnt feel different than 50mg. Weigh in @ 205 on the dot, in my mind I can get up to 220 and still be able to make the 184 class.

I'm currently finding amazing progress by increasing proprioception through better body composition. The leaner you are the easier it is to contract as a whole unit, despite what powerlifters often preach.

Big fan of doing speed work when I'm feeling stiff. Big bench and big pull in the past seven days and I could hardly move all day.

Morning weight 209, now it's feed time.
 
We're on to stage two of this block. We will be switch conventional with sumo for my primary pulling movement and move conventional over to dynamic day, conventional really does make a great speed accessory and my sumo is so much stronger.
