The difference between featured member /Kilo Klub/ moderator

I know this was asked before , but can one explain the difference and how you achieve this ? I noticed some new Mods were added , but thought you have to have over 1000 + posts . Does it come down to the quality of your Threads /posts ?

Kilo club is members with 1000 (suppose to be quality) posts.
Mods are chosen, Has nothing to do with how many posts they have.

I remember one guy made 1500 posts in just a couple of months. And no they were not quaility posts.

Yea those guys 9 out of ten times end up in the banned forum. We also see a lot of it guys trying to get there 50 posts to get in the sponsor forum.
There chances are better if they keep it in the new members forum.

haha i recall one particular jackass that wanted to be in the kilo club but ended up getting whacked with the ban stick instead...

Thanks for the replies , guys . I've been a member here for around 7 months and have registered in the past under other user names , and had to learn like others if you want to remain here and have a good rep that folllowing the rules is important , as well as respecting others . And also , when speaking in internet terms , posts that are so called " whore posts or pussy posts as another mod put it are not really acceptable . I know I'll continue to learn as I move along .

I always wonder how in the world members get the amount of posts that they do in such a short amount of time...I figure some of them just do not have a job...
Regarding the rules, I believe that the moderators are fair, I know that a while back I got a message from a Mod (think it was Big A) advising me to read the rules, which I did, apologized for my mistake, made sure that I did not make it again...and it has been good since, so hard but fair is all good...

The biggest honor imo is probably Featured member.
That means the members think a lot of you and what you have contributed
or accomplished etc.
