I have every gluten-free carb source every day that way I don't develop any food sensitivities.
Meal 1 - Oats
Meal 2 - Sweet Potato
Meal 3 - Oats (again)
Meal 4 - White potato
Meal 5 - Waxy Maize/HBCD
Meal 6 - Brown Rice
etc
I don't have too much of any one thing.
Eating every 2.5 hours or so, when do you take the fiber? I'm always super damn full, eating more on top of fiber is a mission.
I've stopped eating rice. It bloats me to no end. Though I love rice :-/
Even banana bloats me
I found oats to be my best carb source.
