Sitting at 12 weeks out from USAs right now. Sadly I’m just over my weight cap, sitting at 218.2 this morning but still coming down.
So far the easiest prep I’ve done. Cardio’s 6x35 at 110 HR, foods still relatively high for where I’ve normally been at 12 weeks out, and small changes are producing great results.
