I saw a thread on Ruhl one of the more recent mass monsters, so it got me looking at some older files marked bb'ing pics (some of me were in there @310 but no I am not posting them)

but will post some gems from 7 8 9 even a decade ago of mass monsters...the pros the genetic elite..

When I started bb'ing the 1988 250 was considered monstrous.
Haney was the standard, then came Dorian Dillet Prince Long Coleman Nasser etc...just gobs of em 5'8-5'10 over 300 off season. The big guys for the most part never got huge by eating like birds taking baby doses and training like fitness chicks...the big boys got really massive by pounding everything-that doesn't mean they were the biggest drug abusers just that they lived BIG.

So I know some of you have been around a long long times so post what you have...

still 30 years later these thighs remain supreme!
