Well I was gonna ask how you got your legs that massive and right away I thought heavy ass squats. So what are your main staple excercises for legs?
I have had my heavy ass squat days bro but now I like to keep it a little higher rep. No less than 10 usually on any kind of squats. I also have some back issues but honestly I think even if I didn't have then I woodsy go any lower. My leg routine is usually the same
-Lying leg curls
-Seated leg curls
-Reg squats wide stance ( sometimes hack squat wide )
-Hack squats narrow stance ( if doing wide hacks I do narrow leg press )
-Standing leg curls
-Leg ext
All 4 sets each reps from 10-25
