The freaks training split !

I was under the impression that Ramy only trained each part once a week.

Jay Cutler trained each part 5-7 days, with a very high volume each time.

I meant to quote JM cause they both went pro so quick, less than 5 years.
 
Hell yea you tell them Paulo, that overtraining shit is bullshit, these guys with 30min workout sessions are just being lazy. I like your approach to training. Now how is the training split during pre contest? Does it change?

Doesn't really change much. I just move up eveything a day and throw in another leg day so train. 6 days a wk
 
I've always got the best results with my physique doing the 3 on 1 off routine.
Same with me. I have found this to be better for me in terms of muscle recovery. I've also read that this split was pretty optimal for nervous system recovery.

3-4 sets on most exercises. Mostky 4. Back and legs around 24 sets. Chest 14. Arms 9-12. And I vary reps. As low as 6 on compounds and as high as 15. Even 25 for legs. I like varrying me reps a lot. I usually just do 1 lower rep set as on first on compounds to keep strong and hit those diff fibres. than pyramid dwn. Next set 8-10 than 10-12 than 12-15 to finish it off and get lots blood on there. The lighter I go the more mind muscle connection I can get. Dnt get me wrong though its lighter but not light lol.

How much time do you rest between sets when pyramiding down for chest?
 
Offseason is vey basic. Test eq / test deca or npp. Don't use orals offseason. There good but I don't find I need them and the sides aren't worth it for me. It's about quality of life and eating food mainly on offseason. A lot of orals is water weight which really isn't a bad thing cause we need come water but it can cause sides like high bp, and lack of appetite etc. I wanna feel good in offseason and be able to eat cause I think that's how u put on real muscle tissue.

Do you use gh or peptides in the offseason or just AAS and slin and save the gh for prep? You stay pretty damn lean in the offseason so I'm just curious?
 
Great thread. I enjoy training body parts multiple times per week. I would much rather train chest for 20 mins 3 times per week than once for 1 hour. Although it never works that way as I just love training so the time passes fast. I just trained chest, tri-ceps and quads for 2 hours :D

It's great to have you on the forum.

Are there any unusual exercises you like to do? Maybe a standard exercise but you change your body position or angle etc.

I use gh but mostly generic up to a month ago so who knows how good it was. Pharm for the last month or so. I know gh keeps u lean but I think it's more of a clean diet that keeps me lean to be honest. If u take aas and eat pretty clean and train hard I think it's hard to get fat gh or no gh.

Do you ever use Tren for bulking in the off season, or do you just stick with the injectables listed above?

Should be doing some kind of Cardio off and contest prep. Cardio plays a big role in nutrient breakdown. Keeping good health/ cardiovascular shape... lower cholesterol, healthy blood pressure to name a few.

I remember the first steroid book I had bought. Anabolic edge.
Each Item it listed the therputic dose and then the Gym dose.
It also had the famous Andreas Munzer last stack.

My split is almost the same. But i rest more and differenciate training styles.
Day1...legs
Day2...back,traps,bic(volume, no failure)
Day3...chest,delts,tric(volume, no failure)
Rest
Day5... as day 2 but heavy duty dc style short workout
Rest
Day7... as day 2 but heavy duty dc style short workout
Rest
Been training for 20 years, tryied everything and this works best for me.
